ModeBoat 2

Glionav 2.0

Description

Development of an intelligent platform to support clinical navigation and personalized information for patients affected by glioblastoma, based on cloud technologies and artificial intelligence

Description

Smart-Health, Data Analysis

Our contribution to the project

The project “GLIONAV 2.0 – Glioblastoma Navigator” was created with the aim of developing and validating an innovative and collaborative platform for the collection and analysis of clinical data from patients affected by GBM.

GLIONAV seeks to establish a system in which patients, caregivers, specialist physicians, and artificial intelligence tools interact in synergy (“supermind”) to collect real-world clinical data and, through intelligent algorithms, generate personalized guidance on the most appropriate therapeutic pathway for each individual case.

Description

ModeBoat 2 builds on the previous project by advancing the platform from TRL 5 to TRL 6 through the development of a Beta version.

The platform integrates various calculation tools for nautical design (such as load case, hydrostatics, scantling, and performance evaluation) and is intended for shipyards and designers of vessels under 24 meters, accessible via a web interface on cloud infrastructure.

Our contribution to the project

Conceptualization of “navalizable platform,” i.e., a hardware and software kit capable of adapting to a range of marine craft, integrating within it all the modules necessary for the management of one or more aircraft.

Funds

Eligible Costs: 316026.07 €

Description

In the luxury yacht shipbuilding sector, final product validation relies on sea trials which, despite their importance, are still based on traditional methodologies. The current approach often involves fragmented data collection, relying on non-synchronized instrumentation and, at times, subjective assessments. This results in limited test repeatability, constrained analysis, and a failure to capitalize on accumulated know-how for future projects.

Sector

Naval, Design System

Partners

  • GBI
  • PLUS

Our contribution to the project

The primary objective of the NautiLink project is to move beyond the traditional validation model and establish a standardized, objective, and data-rich industrial process, transforming sea trials into a scientific and quantitative experiment.
